Cancellation Policy

Reservation cancellation/change:

   1.  Reservation Cancellation or Change Procedures:

    1.1  Cancellation or change of the reservation will be possible by submitting online form on this page                     above or in the “Change/Cancel booking” tab at the bottom of the booking engine page. Cancellation           or changes to the reservation can be made also via reservation department by email:                                         [email protected] or verbally by phone.
    1.2 Reservations can be canceled, if applicable, under the terms stated in the cancellation policy at the               time of the booking and subject to the cancellation policy defined in the Terms & Conditions and                     detailed below. 
   1.3  To cancel a reservation, the customer must provide a cancellation notice, which should include their              name and the reservation identification number via email to [email protected]. If the cancellation              notice is given verbally, the customer must also provide an additional identifying detail that was                      agreed upon at the time of booking. The reservation must be cancelled by means of a “cancellation              notice” – a notice that the customer sends which includes his/her name and the identification                          number. If the cancellation notification/request was delivered verbally, an additional identifying                      detail,  agreed upon at the time the order was made, must be provided. In the event a charge is                      incurred in accordance with the cancellation policy, the credit card used when making the                                reservation will be charged. In cases where a cancellation fee applies according to the cancellation                policy, the credit card used during the reservation process will be charged the applicable amount.  .
    1.4 In case of reservation change – the customer will bear the costs of the change, including the                            difference,  if any, between the price of the Services when he made the reservation and their price                  after the change.
    1.5  Cancellation of a reservation for Services or any part of them will not be considered a change, but a              cancellation.
     1.6 The chain’s cancellation policy is in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law,              2251/1994 (hereinafter: “the Consumer Protection Law”) and all regulations established pursuant to it.

    

2.  Reservation Cancellation Policy at Prima chain Hotels in Greece : 

     Delphi Art Hotel

     Cancellation Notification:

    A cancellation may be made using a “cancellation notification” – a notice that the customer has sent in        each of the following ways, which includes the name of the customer and his/her identification number:

    a. Verbally-by telephone, number +30 211 1823222 or by means of a verbal notice at the place of                             business: Delphi Art Hotel, 27, Agiou Konstantinou Str., Athens, 104 37.
    b. By registered mail to: Delphi Art Hotel, 27, Agiou Konstantinou Str., Athens, 104 37.

     Standard Cancellation Policy:

    1. Flexible Policy:
       o Free cancellation up to 48 hours before the check-in date.
       o After the cancellation deadline, Full cancellation fees of the total of the stay will apply.
   2. Non-Refundable Rates:
       o No refunds are offered after the reservation is confirmed. Full cancellation fees of the total of the stay            will apply, in case of cancellation.
       o These rates are typically lower than flexible rates and are popular among budget-conscious travelers.
   3. Peak Season Policies:
       o During high-demand periods (e.g., summer, major events, holiday seasons), the cancellation window            may be extended to 7-14 days prior to arrival.
       o In some cases, a deposit is required, which becomes non-refundable after the cancellation deadline.
    4. Group Bookings:
        o Cancellation policies for group reservations (e.g., 5+ rooms) often require 30 days’ notice for free                     cancellation or more in the case of High Season.
        o Partial cancellations may incur fees depending on the agreement.
    5. Last-Minute or Same-Day Reservations:
        o These bookings often come with stricter terms, such as non-refundable payment or a shorter free                   cancellation window.

Cancellation policies vary according to accommodation type, seasonality and length of stay.
Please note: the prices include VAT 13% and 0.50% city tax. Climate resilience tax is not included and must be paid upon arrival: April till October = 5 Euro per room per night January till March & November-December = 1.5 Euro per room per night.
